We receive incoming parcels directly from the chemical engineering laboratory located in Singapore 🇸🇬 or Indonesia 🇮🇩 territory. This will take a bit longer than our usual 2-3 Day priority mail does. You may have noticed that on certain items you have received your packs later than usual? This is most likely due to us being out of our personal stock. It may take up to 2 weeks for certain list items but usually it is no later than 1 week 😀.

Incoming International Shipments are only subject to the original $10 priority shipping fee. Once you place the order we will provide you with our tracking number. Than you will receive a 2nd tracking number which will be yours. Serviced domestically.
Domestic Priority 2-3 Day Mail
The above shipping method costs a flat rate of $10. We ship 3 × a week. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday’s only! We need the rest of the week (Monday and Friday) to update web logs, categorize our inventory, pack/prepare orders, and answer emails.
We never provide refunds in the form of the monetary value of one. However, in the rare event that 10 days goes by and you still haven’t received your pack? You are eligible for a 1 × FREE RESHIPMENT.

We purchase our inventory from 2 chemical engineering laboratories.
🇸🇬 Laboratory 1 is based in Central Singapore, Singapore.
🇮🇩 Laboratory 2 is based in Khtatz, Indonesia.
$28 is the international shipping fee for outbound shipments. This is when Puerto 🇵🇷 Rico, Guam 🇬🇺, Canada 🇨🇦, USSR, Italy 🇮🇹, Etcetera is the receiving side.
