We are a “Trusted Research Chemical Vendor” with a strong inventory/warehouse based in the U.S. We will occasionally ship products and materials which originate from another country. In the event of receiving samples from Our Store that are stocked in a warehouse location separate from Our own; first you will be notified the product you requested from Us is originating from an affiliate warehouse and not from a domestic one. This is so you can better prepare for the next phase of your research projects. The fun part, anyway! 😁 Whenever we catch an order that is out of stock in our location we will resort to receiving it from a partner laboratory and then act as the drop shipper/couriers upon it’s arrival (landing in the USA) & of course clearing the Customs & Declarations process.
We have been complemented for having very fast shipping! And, excellent customer service. However, we take those compliments in stride, because whatever efforts we will make to assist it’s swift delivery, are nimble and few, compared to the efforts of the Shipping Companies we select to really insure that process. This business is truly a passion for the founders and website admins who are working here. In fact, we hold that up as a pre-requisite for the hiring process. Because, if you are not passionate about Research and Development, how can we trust you to be around such a fine tuned and delicate process. Much less, when packaging orders for research outfits and Indy Researchers, too; the good people under Our employ would be exposed to potentially very hazardous material and chemical compounds, so in order to assure that it’s been done with the utmost efficiency and protection, you will have to have had a minimum 3 years experience with health & safety hazards and accidental exposure/contamination training.
We always love to hear back from our customers, and not because of their incoming next orders, either! It’s because we know just how delicate and dangerous handling these chemicals may very well be, and having been joined by contract and partnership we are eager to know that everything goes smoothly and as safely as possible. Sometimes when a lab places an order with Us as the provider, and then we don’t hear back from them for a while, we might send you a wellness check into your e-mails inbox. But, don’t worry! It’s not spam, it’s simply just a crucial part of what is (we feel) Our part of the process. As the Provider/Vendor we feel a certain responsibility for the welfare and sake of all the other good people whose hearts, time, effort, and employment rely on their part of the Research/Development procesos, too!
I, Guess this is why we are continuously complimented for Our “great” Customer Service; is because we are in for the long haul and stay engaged with Our partners (yes, you!). To us you have to be so much more than just customers to gain Our trust in order to service the requirements for Research you might have. If you can not find the time to get back to Us with non-detailed correspondence specifics, mainly just a health & safety check, than you are always welcome to go with a different vendor!
